Emily Lasdin of Manheim, PA Participates in Washington College Senior Reading

Washington College is pleased to announce that Emily Lasdin '15 of Manheim, PA recently read an excerpt from a research project entitled “How Once Upon a Time Can Make a Difference: The Value of Fairytale Literature in the Twentieth and Twenty-First Century American Classroom” at the senior reading.

Lasdin is majoring in English with a concentration in creative writing. On campus she served a vice president of the Campus Christian Fellowship and the secretary and treasurer of Sigma Tau Delta.

Founded in 1782 under the patronage of George Washington, Washington College is a private, independent college of liberal arts and sciences located in colonial Chestertown on Maryland's Eastern Shore.
